How do I choose a paid plan once my free trial ends?
We offer a free 14-day trial with no restrictions so you can fully test-drive SocialOmm before choosing a plan.
Once your free trial ends, if you haven't chosen a paid plan, any posts in your Queue that are scheduled to share on your social media profiles will be paused until you enter your payment information and select a plan.
To continue using your SocialOmm account once your trial ends, follow these steps:
- In the left sidebar of your SocialOmm account, click on your Profile Name from the bottom Left and click on Billing.
On the billing page click Subscribe.
Select plan you want to subscribe to.
Enter your credit card information and billing address:
- Click Subscribe to purchase your subscription.
