How do I choose a paid plan once my free trial ends?
We offer a free 14-day trial with no restrictions so you can fully test drive SocialOmm before choosing a plan.
Once your free trial ends, if you haven't chosen a paid plan, any posts in your Queue that are scheduled to share on your social media profiles will be paused until you enter your payment information and select a plan.
To continue using your SocialOmm account once your trial ends, follow these steps:
- In the left sidebar of your SocialOmm account, click Brand Settings » Subscription.
- Select the Monthly or Yearly tab, depending on which subscription you want to subscribe to:
- Select plan you want to subscribe to:
- Enter your credit card information and billing address:
- Click Subscribe to purchase your subscription.
