Instagram is Live in SocialOmm! 🎉
We're excited to announce that Instagram is back in SocialOmm so you can officially schedule posts to an Instagram Business Page! 🎉
We were finally able to get our app approved by Instagram so we're happy to say this is a direct integration. This means you do not need to connect your Instagram page via a third-party tool to schedule posts in SocialOmm.
Important:
- Only Instagram Business Pages connected to a Business account on Facebook can be connected. See how to add your Instagram page to your Facebook Business Manager.
- A maximum of 25 posts in a 24 hour period can be sent (our system will reject any attempts to send more than this).
- This integration is for professional purposes only. This Instagram approval process has taken us years to achieve and we won’t be lenient with users who put our integration in jeopardy by scheduling spam posts.
Add Your Instagram Business Page in SocialOmm
If you have previously added an Instagram Page to your SocialOmm account, you will not be able to reconnect this page as it was added via the old Buffer integration, which is now depreciated.
To add a new Instagram Business Page, go to Manage Social Profiles > Add a new social profile > Instagram Business Page.
