Why are my posts being flagged as spam by social networks?

Social media networks are likely to reject posts or flag them as spam if you send the same post multiple times in a row, or if the post is considered low quality (i.e. only a photo without any text accompany it).

To ensure your posts are not marked as spam by Facebook, or any other social network, here are some things you can:

• Make sure you include text with your image – do not just post images on their own.
• Don't repeat the same post on the same day close together – for example, don't repeat an image at 10 AM, 10:30 AM, and 11 AM.
