Why do I see the error "Something went wrong. Please try again or contact customer support" when trying to register?

If you're seeing the message below on the Register page when trying to create a SocialOmm account: 

"Something went wrong. Please try again or contact customer support." 

This is usually due to you having previously created a SocialOmm account with that email address.

You can try logging in with your email address to access the account you previously created. If you are unable to remember your account password, you can reset your password.
