You can set video thumbnails for the media you want to share in your posts. Follow these simple steps to learn how:

1. Go to Media Library.
2. Select the video you want to set a new thumbnail for:
3. Use the slider to choose the frame you want to set as the thumbnail:
   
4. Under "Thumbnail", click Regenerate at current frame.
