We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding your Socialomm account.
One of our software providers has discontinued its services, necessitating a transition to a new re-built platform to maintain those features after April 30th. We understand the frustration this may cause, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may entail. However, we're excited to introduce you to Socialomm 2.0 - a brand new, more reliable platform with exciting features tailored to elevate your social media management experience.
Transition Details:
Your scheduled posts and uploaded media content will be seamlessly transferred to the new platform as drafts. However, you will need to reconnect your social media channels to the new platform and schedule the drafts. Rest assured, we will be here to assist you at every stage of the switch, providing guidance and support to make the transition as smooth as possible.
We will be sending you your username and password to your new account this week.
