How do I add a new brand to my SocialOmm account?

You can manage unlimited brands and switch between brands in the one SocialOmm account. This is great if you have multiple businesses you wish to manage, as well as for social media managers/agencies who need to manage multiple client brands in the one account. Learn more about brands.

To add a new brand to your SocialOmm account, follow these steps:

  1. In the top-left corner of your SocialOmm account, click your brand name and then click Create Brand:

  2. Enter your brand name in the Brand field, choose your Timezone, and click Create.
  3. Your brand has now been created! You'll be switched to your new brand:

View & Delete Brands

To view your brands, follow these steps:

  1. Click your profile name in the top-right corner and click Your Settings in the dropdown menu:
  2. Click Brands
  3. To edit a brand's name or timezone, click the Settings gear:
  4. To delete a brand, click the Delete button:
  5. In the popup, you'll be asked to confirm that you want to delete this brand. Click Yes, Delete:

    WARNING:

    When you delete a brand, you will  permanently delete all data for that brand. This is irreversible so please make sure you are certain you wish to delete the brand before you confirm.
