How do I redeem a coupon code?
To redeem a coupon code, follow these steps:
- In the left sidebar menu, click Brand Settings » Subscription.
- Select the Monthly or Yearly tab, depending on which subscription you want to subscribe to.
- Select the plan you want to subscribe to:
- Enter your credit card information and billing address:
- Enter the coupon code in the Coupon field
- Click Subscribe to purchase your subscription. Your discount will be applied to your plan!
IMPORTANT
Once you apply the discount code and upgrade to a paid subscription, you will receive an email with your invoice attached. The discount will be reflected on the invoice, however, the discount will not be displayed in your SocialOmm account in the Brand Settings > Subscription area where you view your current plan.
Don't worry, as long as you entered your discount code when choosing a plan, rest assured you have redeemed your discount! If you'd like to double-check, take a look at your invoice.
