How do I use the Calendar?
The Calendar is where you can view all of the posts you have scheduled to share across all your social profiles, allowing you to get a birds-eye view of what's scheduled to be shared on which day and time, as well as add posts to your calendar directly.
When you want to share one-off updates, you can add these posts to the calendar directly. You can also save posts as templates to easily add to your queue. They will post automatically according to the schedule you set (this is a great way to recycle your posts and create an evergreen social media marketing plan).
You can edit and delete individual posts from the calendar directly, as well as add new posts to certain days and the calendar can be viewed in Day or Week view:
You can also filter posts by social media profile on your calendar. This is great if you want to view all your posts scheduled on Facebook, for example. When you add a post you can give it a label. You can also use this filter to view scheduled posts by label.
Calendar VS. Posting Schedule
When you schedule a post you can choose to select a specific date and time in the calendar, or you can add the post to your queue. If you add the post to your queue it will appear on the calendar according to the next available time set in your posting schedule.
You can create a posting schedule here. On the posting schedule, you can select regular times on certain days when you would like posts from the queue to publish.
