⛔️ Post Error: "Error Validating Access Token"

When a post fails to send, you will receive an email notifying you. Inside the email will include the error message, which you give you an idea of why your post failed to send.

If you are getting the following error:

"Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons."

This means you have recently changed your Facebook password and need to reconnect your Facebook page in SocialOmm to update this. To do this, go to Manage Social Profiles and click "Reconnect / extend expiry".

Once you've done this, your posts will send as normal.
