I redeemed a coupon code but it hasn't been applied to my account

If you redeemed a coupon code when purchasing a monthly/yearly subscription in your SocialOmm account, you may get confused as to whether the discount was applied to your account.

In Brand Settings > Subscription, you'll see the monthly/yearly subscription price displays as the full price with no discount applied. This is just because we're not able to currently display the discounted amount in SocialOmm. 

But rest assured, the discount was applied! 

Here's how you can double-check that:

  • You would have received an email with a receipt for your payment – you'll see the discount has been applied to this.
  • You can view and re-download your invoices in your account by going to Brand Settings > Invoices.
