⛔️ Post Error: "You do not have permission to post to this profile"

When a post fails to send, you will receive an email notifying you. Inside the email will include the error message, which you give you an idea of why your post failed to send.

If you are getting the following error:

"You do not have permission to post to this profile"

This means the access token for that social profile has expired and you need to reconnect your social media page in SocialOmm to update this. To do this, go to Manage Social Profiles and click "Reconnect / extend expiry".

Once you've done this, your posts will send as normal.
