Where can I export/download my account data?

You can export/download all personal data we hold about you, as well as all data connected to your account. The data you can export/download includes:

• Your user profile
• Post Groups you created
• Post Group posts you created
• Invitations you were sent
• Invoices addressed to you
• Media you uploaded and media folders you created
• Announcements sent to you
• Notifications sent to you
• Posts you scheduled
• Post Group schedules you created
• Social media accounts you can post to that you added
• Social media accounts you connected
• Any subscriptions you chose
• Teams you created

To export/download your data, follow these steps:

1. Click your profile name in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
2. Click Your Settings.
3. Click Data Portability:
   
4. Click the links for the data you want to download. Downloads are in CSV format.
