How can I change my plan?
With SocialOmm, you can choose to have your plan billed on either a monthly or yearly basis.
You can change your plan at any time and, if the switch requires you to pay more money (i.e. if you change from a monthly to a yearly plan), an invoice will be created and you will be billed immediately.
To change your SocialOmm plan, follow these steps:
- In the left sidebar of your SocialOmm account, click Brand Settings ยป Subscription.
- In the Update Subscription panel, your current plan will be highlighted:
- Choose the other plan you wish to switch to using the "Monthly" or "Yearly" toggle.
- Select the plan.
- In the popup that appears, confirm that you want to switch to the new plan by clicking Yes, I'm Sure:
