How can I change my plan?

With SocialOmm, you can choose to have your plan billed on either a monthly or yearly basis.

You can change your plan at any time and, if the switch requires you to pay more money (i.e. if you change from a monthly to a yearly plan), an invoice will be created and you will be billed immediately.

To change your SocialOmm plan, follow these steps:

  1. In the left sidebar of your SocialOmm account, click Brand Settings ยป Subscription.
  2. In the Update Subscription panel, your current plan will be highlighted:
  3. Choose the other plan you wish to switch to using the "Monthly" or "Yearly" toggle.
  4. Select the plan.
  5. In the popup that appears, confirm that you want to switch to the new plan by clicking Yes, I'm Sure:
