How can I change my plan?
With SocialOmm, you can choose to have your plan billed on either a monthly or yearly basis.
You can change your plan at any time and, if the switch requires you to pay more money (i.e. if you change from a monthly to a yearly plan), an invoice will be created and you will be billed immediately.
To change your SocialOmm plan, follow these steps:
- In the left sidebar of your SocialOmm account, click your profile name on the bottom left.
- Click Billing
In the Current Subscription Plan panel, your current plan will be highlighted:
- Click on Change Subscription Plan
- Select the plan.
Click Change Plan and confirm.
