How can I change my plan?

With SocialOmm, you can choose to have your plan billed on either a monthly or yearly basis.

You can change your plan at any time and, if the switch requires you to pay more money (i.e. if you change from a monthly to a yearly plan), an invoice will be created and you will be billed immediately.

To change your SocialOmm plan, follow these steps:

  1. In the left sidebar of your SocialOmm account, click your profile name on the bottom left.
  2. Click Billing
  3. In the Current Subscription Plan panel, your current plan will be highlighted:


  1. Click on Change Subscription Plan
  2. Select the plan.
  3. Click Change Plan and confirm.
