Action Required: Reconnect Your Facebook Page
Due to a recent change in the Facebook API we have had to update permissions in SocialOmm in order to post to Facebook Pages.
In order for you to be able to continue to send to Facebook, you need to reconnect all of your Facebook Pages in SocialOmm.
A positive outcome from this change is that you will no longer need to re-authenticate your Facebook Pages again after this, as we now generate a new token which lasts forever 🙂
How To Reconnect Your Facebook Page
- Login to SocialOmm
- Go to Manage Social Profiles
- For each of your Facebook pages, click Reconnect
- Follow the prompts
- Once you have successfully reconnected your Facebook page, you will see the notification "Your Profile has been connected":
