How do I delete my SocialOmm account?

Note:

Deleting your account is different to cancelling your subscription. When you delete your account, all associated data will be removed. This cannot be reversed.

If you have been invited to a brand, any brand content you have created (such as social media posts) will have its ownership transferred to the brand owner. However, personally identifiable connections that linked you to this data will be removed. If you are the brand owner then all brand data will be removed.

To delete your account, follow these steps:


  1. Click on your Profile Name from the bottom left of the sidebar.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Click on Security from the left sidebar.
  4. Click on Delete Workspace.
  5. To confirm deletion, type the name of the Workspace into the box. Click Delete Workspace.
