How do I delete my SocialOmm account?

Note:

Deleting your account is different to cancelling your subscription. When you delete your account, all associated data will be removed. This cannot be reversed.

If you have been invited to a brand, any brand content you have created (such as social media posts) will have its ownership transferred to the brand owner. However, personally identifiable connections that linked you to this data will be removed. If you are the brand owner then all brand data will be removed.

To delete your account, follow these steps:

  1. Click your profile name in the top-right corner of the navigation bar and click Your Settings:
  2. At the bottom of the 'Profile' section, you'll see the 'Delete My Account' panel. Click Delete my account:
